Our stylish three-bedroom Northcote Showhome won the Silver Award, in the GIB Showhome category at the Auckland Registered Master Builders 2022 House of the Year Awards. The judges commented, “This centrally located Showhome on Auckland’s North Shore is an excellent example of a design that delivers quality living in a modest footprint. It’s low maintenance and has bags of urban style, providing a lot of house and real value.”

This energy-efficient house is an exceptional mix of building excellence and serious value for money.”

One of our West Hills homes on Pukewhero Street won the Gold Award, in the Volume/Group Housing category for Auckland/Northland/Coromandel at the Registered Master Builders 2021 House of the Year Awards.
