CONTRACT BUILD CASE STUDY
Universal Homes undertook the build elements for this large-scale development in partnership with Soho Group, who worked with Compass Housing Services NZ to provide community housing. Situated in the growing western transport hub of Glen Eden, this development provides much-needed medium-density housing within walking distance of key amenities.
These architecturally designed two- and three- bedroom walk-up apartments are spread over three levels, with outdoor living available on private balconies. Apartments are divided between a series of separate buildings which enclose a central communal shared green space, providing room for more outdoor living. The location is within walking distance of Glen Eden town centre and a range of Kelston schools.
