We’re exceptionally proud to be regional award winners at the prestigious Registered Master Builders House of the Year 2023 awards – twice over! Two of our stunning new homes at our well-connected West Hills location each won a Silver award for the Auckland / Northland / Coromandel Region.
These two beautiful homes were selected from amongst a high calibre of entries. The Awards night was held at the Cordis Hotel in Auckland, on 19 August, 2023.
The Master Build House of the Year Awards are the residential building industry’s most prestigious event. Recognised as a showcase for quality for those looking to build or renovate, the competition is highly regarded by both the industry and potential customers. 2023 House of the Year award winners
Our West Hills Showhome on Hiwi Rākau Rise won the Silver Award, in the Volume/Group Housing category for Auckland/Northland/Coromandel. The judges commented, “This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home exemplifies comfortable, low-maintenance living in an extensive new development in Westgate, handy to West Auckland’s best shopping centres, parks, and eateries. The street front of the two-story building is striking, featuring contrasting terracotta bricks and black weatherboards, with slatted window details. The smart and robust brick cladding references West Auckland’s historic brickworks.
