Unique lifestyle, amazing convenience
West Hills is a master-planned community on Aucklandās green city fringe, in the North West. A modern suburb showcasing the best of country and city living, West Hills epitomises vibrant, fresh living situated in nature, yet is handy to all that the local area has on offer and is incredibly well connected, with easy access to the CBD. A plethora of local shopping and dining, thriving local businesses, plenty of school options, and excellent public transport available including buses, ferries, and motorway access very close by, means youāre en route in no time.
The area still holds ties with its food and wine-growing history, enriching the current community. The rich heritage of market gardens and strawberry fields in the area informs the planning and streetscapes around the architecturally-designed, low-maintenance, quality new homes in this well-connected and popular area. One example of this is the thoughtful landscaping choices that have been made in and around West Hills, with fruit trees incorporated into the planting for many homes, evoking the landās food-producing roots as well as its sustainable living approach. Landscaping also incorporates New Zealand native plants, in a nod to prior flora that historically grew on this land and surrounding the stream areas.
Well connected West Hills
Situated mere minutes from the confluence of the North Western Motorway (SH16) and the Upper Harbour Motorway (SH18), plus the Twin Coast Discovery Highway, itās easy to hop onto the newly developed western ring route and head in whatever direction youāre off to.
