CONTRACT BUILD CASE STUDY

Sitting on a unique site these architecturally designed homes enjoy spectacular, uninterrupted 180-degree views over the Tamaki Estuary and out to Half Moon Bay.
Imaginatively designed by renowned Auckland architects Ashton Mitchell. The exterior has sharp contemporary lines, thanks to a mix of cedar battens and white weatherboards. Inside, the modern architectural lines continue, with the ground floor dedicated to a large, light-filled, open-plan living area and easy indoor-outdoor flow. A top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen by Matisse sits at the heart of this family space that enjoys not one, but two separate living areas. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms, a large, tiled family bathroom; and separate master suite, with a large walk-through robe and ensuite.
These executive homes were built by Universal for developer Creating Communities.

First Class Communication
“When undertaking large-scale developments within existing communities, it is crucial that you gain the support and trust of the local residents and neighbours. Universal’s communication with the community and their operations around our development projects was first-class. Their job sites were well presented and their focus on health and safety gave us confidence that they were providing a safe environment for both their workers and residents.”
Matt Currie, Creating Communities Limited
