What we offer
- Universal Homes will build your project on a 5% margin, fixed on Building Consent documentation, and no margin on variations moving forward.
- Universal Homes will provide you with Early Contractor Involvement during Building Consent and Resource Consent for no charge.
- Universal Homes will open book every cost and trade for you. If you have alternative products or suppliers, then we are happy to work with you on these.
- Universal Homes can assist you throughout the process with EDA (Early Development Advice) to help you navigate Resource Consent, Engineering Approval and Building Consent – free of charge, or for a fee we can even complete them for you.
- Universal Homes is able to assist in reallocation of risk from funding, design, branding and consenting to selling on a profit share or a calculated basis. There is also an option to make your project a Universal Homes development, whilst maintaining the financial upside of your land value. For example profit share or land milestone payments based on improving market conditions
